Customer Policies
Definitions of Terms
Multazim offers a variety of products and services designed to enhance your daily life and professional growth. These include:
Digital Products: Such as software licenses, online subscriptions (e.g., Google Career Certificates, Canva, TryHackMe, etc.), and professional digital services (e.g., website design, cybersecurity solutions, graphics design services).
Physical Products: Tangible goods like electronics, gadgets, umbrellas, Islamic items (e.g., Quran Stands, Prayer Mats, Quran Speakers).
Ordering Process: For all digital products, a consultation is required prior to purchase to ensure the product or service perfectly meets your needs. Customers must confirm their order after reviewing all product options and details. Physical products are generally available for direct order via messaging or our website.
Consultation Guidelines: All digital product orders strictly require a customer consultation to ensure the chosen product or service fully aligns with your specific needs. Orders will be processed only after obtaining explicit customer confirmation following the consultation.
Refund and Return Policy
At Multazim, we strive for your satisfaction. Please review our policy regarding refunds and returns:
Eligibility for Refund: Refunds are only applicable for products confirmed to be defective (manufacturing defect).
Physical Products: Refund requests for physical products must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the product. The item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.
Digital Products: All digital products (e.g., licenses, subscriptions, digital services) are non-refundable once delivered or activated. Customers are responsible for ensuring correct product details during the consultation and before confirming their order for digital products.
Refund Process: To request a refund for an eligible item, customers must contact Multazim via Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, or email within the specified refund window. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
Shipping & Delivery Information
Multazim ensures reliable delivery of your ordered products and services.
Physical Products: We offer standard shipping for physical products through trusted courier services. Delivery charges are typically collected in advance, with rates varying by location (e.g., BDT 80-90 for Dhaka/Chittagong City, BDT 150 for outside).
Digital Products: All digital products will be delivered immediately after purchase via email or designated platform access. However, in the rare event of unavailability or delays due to department workload, we kindly ask customers to remain patient and we will inform them.
Payment Terms
Multazim provides secure and convenient payment options for your purchases.
Accepted Payment Methods: Payments can be made via mobile payment services (e.g., bKash, Nagad, Rocket), bank transfers, and other widely used online payment methods including cryptocurrency (e.g., PayPal, Binance).
Invoice and Billing Information: Upon completion of an order, an electronic invoice will be sent to the customer’s registered email. In case of any billing discrepancies, customers are advised to contact Multazim within 48 hours of receiving the invoice.
