১. ওয়েবসাইটের ব্যবহার ও যোগ্যতা

অনিচ্ছাকৃতভাবে কোনো পণ্যের মূল্য বা বিবরণে ভুল থাকলে, মুলতাজিম যেকোনো অর্ডার বাতিল বা সংশোধন করার পূর্ণ অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে।

৩. ডিজিটাল প্রোডাক্ট ও কনসালটেশন শর্তাবলী

সকল প্রকার ডিজিটাল প্রোডাক্ট বা সার্ভিস ক্রয়ের ক্ষেত্রে পূর্বে কাস্টমার কনসালটেশন নেওয়া বাধ্যতামূলক। কাস্টমারের চূড়ান্ত সম্মতি ও কনফার্মেশনের পরেই অর্ডারটি প্রসেস ও অ্যাক্টিভেট করা হবে।

ডিজিটাল লাইসেন্স বা সাবস্ক্রিপশন একবার ডেলিভারি বা সচল হয়ে যাওয়ার পর তা আর ফেরতযোগ্য (Non-refundable) হবে না।

৪. মেধা সম্পত্তি ও স্বত্বাধিকার (Intellectual Property)

মুলতাজিম যেকোনো সময় কোনো পূর্ব নোটিশ ছাড়াই এই শর্তাবলীর যেকোনো অংশ পরিবর্তন, পরিবর্ধন বা পরিমার্জন করার অধিকার রাখে। শর্তাবলী পরিবর্তনের পর ওয়েবসাইটের ব্যবহার অব্যাহত রাখলে তা নতুন শর্তাবলীর সম্মতি হিসেবে গণ্য হবে।
